1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing panel-birchcore.click or engaging Panel Birch Core Documentation Services Co., Ltd. (“Panel Birch Core,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this website and our services.

2. Services described

Panel Birch Core provides proof-of-reserve documentation, custody log compilation, and related attestations for clubs holding digital assets in offline wallets. Our services are documentation engagements only. We do not custody funds, generate private keys, execute transactions, or provide investment, trading, tax, or legal advice.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate watch-only wallet data, transaction exports, and ledger records. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own key security. We will never request private keys, seed phrases, or device PINs. Providing such material is outside the scope of our engagement and should be refused.

4. Fees and payment

Fees are quoted in writing before work begins. Deposits are non-refundable once documentation work has commenced, as described in our Refund Policy. Final payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Intellectual property

Delivered documentation becomes the client’s property upon full payment. Our methodologies, templates, and internal processes remain our intellectual property. Clients may not resell or sublicense our documentation frameworks.

6. Limitation of liability

Our attestations reflect on-chain data and client-provided records at agreed snapshot dates. We do not guarantee future security of wallets, accuracy of client-supplied data we could not independently verify, or suitability of documented reserves for any regulatory purpose. Our total liability for any claim arising from a documentation engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that engagement.

7. Website use

You may not use this website for unlawful purposes, to transmit malware, or to attempt unauthorised access to our systems. Content on this site is provided for general information and does not constitute professional advice. See our Not Financial Advice page.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Daegu, Korea.

9. Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
