Who this is for

Investment clubs, alumni association funds, and member cooperatives that custody Bitcoin, Ethereum, or stablecoins in hardware wallets or air-gapped signing setups. Your board needs evidence of reserves without anyone handling private keys during the review.

What you receive

A printed binder indexed for board meetings, containing:

  • Reserve attestation letter dated and signed by our lead documentarian, stating methodology and scope limitations
  • Address manifest listing all cold-storage addresses with derivation path documentation (no private key material)
  • Balance reconciliation worksheets comparing on-chain balances to club ledger entries at agreed snapshot dates
  • Signing ceremony log documenting who co-signed, which device was used, and what transaction was authorised
  • Redacted transaction summary covering inbound and outbound movements during the review period
  • Digital archive (encrypted USB or secure file transfer) mirroring the printed contents with searchable PDFs

What is excluded

We do not generate private keys, move funds, configure wallets, or provide investment recommendations. If your club lacks a coherent signing policy, we can document what exists but will note gaps rather than invent procedures.

Process overview

  1. Intake call — scope, wallet count, review period, board deadline
  2. Evidence collection — you provide xpub exports, transaction exports, meeting minutes, and ledger spreadsheets
  3. Draft review — treasurer validates figures before final attestation
  4. Delivery — binder shipped or collected from our Daegu office; optional walkthrough session with board secretary

Preparation required

Gather two years of signing records if available. Export watch-only wallet data before the intake deadline. Identify which board member will serve as documentation liaison.

Next step

Request a documentation review with your club name, approximate wallet count, and target board meeting date.
