Testimonials and project accounts from club treasurers who commissioned proof-of-reserve documentation.
What treasurers say
Our Seoul investment circle had twelve members asking the same question every quarter: prove the cold wallet still holds what we think. Panel Birch Core produced a binder our chair could walk through in twenty minutes, with redacted transaction logs I could actually follow.— Min-jun K., treasurer, private investment club, Seoul
The documentation was thorough, though I wish we had started the intake earlier — gathering two years of signing records took longer than expected. Still, the final attestation package satisfied our external reviewer.— Hye-jin L., board secretary, Daegu alumni association fund
We run a three-of-five multisig and I dreaded explaining it to new members. The custody log section alone saved me hours at every orientation. The reserve figures were correct on first draft, which surprised me given how messy our exports were.— Thomas R., founding member, expatriate professionals club, Busan
Reasonably priced for the depth of work. The only hesitation I had was whether we needed the printed binder when everything was also on USB — but our older directors genuinely preferred paper, so it was the right call.— Yuna C., co-treasurer, university alumni investment group, Incheon
Extended account: Daegu alumni fund
The Daegu alumni association had held roughly ₩180 million equivalent in stablecoins since 2020. Two treasurers had rotated through the role, and signing records lived in separate email threads. The board scheduled an external review for March.
We began intake in November. The outgoing treasurer provided watch-only exports; the incoming treasurer supplied ledger spreadsheets that did not quite match on-chain balances from 2022. Three reconciliation sessions over video calls resolved the discrepancies — mostly unrecorded gas fees and a forgotten test transaction.
The delivered binder included a variance appendix explaining each adjustment. The external reviewer spent ninety minutes with the documentation and requested no further wallet access. The board approved the reserve report unanimously.
