Refund Policy
Refund and cancellation terms for Panel Birch Core documentation engagements.
Overview
This policy applies to documentation services provided by Panel Birch Core Documentation Services Co., Ltd. All fees are for professional documentation work, not software licenses or financial products.
Deposit and cancellation
A 40% deposit is required to secure your place in the documentation calendar.
Before work begins: If you cancel before we start evidence collection, the deposit is refunded in full minus a ₩150,000 administrative fee.
After work begins: Once evidence collection has started, the deposit is non-refundable. This covers intake time, preliminary reconciliation, and calendar reservation.
Full and partial refunds
Full refund (minus admin fee): Available only if cancellation occurs before evidence collection begins.
Partial refund: If we cannot complete the engagement due to our error or inability to deliver within the agreed scope, we will refund fees for undelivered portions.
No refund: Once the attestation letter is drafted and the binder is assembled, no refund is available. Delivery of completed documentation constitutes fulfilment of the engagement.

- Completed attestation letters
- Printed binders that have been shipped or collected
- Digital archives delivered via secure transfer
- Rush scheduling surcharges for expedited deadlines
Rescheduling
Board deadline changes may be accommodated if our calendar permits. One free reschedule is allowed if requested at least 14 days before the original delivery date. Additional reschedules may incur a ₩200,000 replanning fee.
No-shows
Missed intake calls without 24-hour notice may delay your project. Three consecutive missed appointments without communication may result in engagement cancellation with deposit forfeiture.
Work already started
If you cancel after reconciliation drafts have been delivered, you owe fees for work completed to date, calculated at the agreed hourly rate up to the full engagement fee.
Refund process
Submit refund requests to contact@panel-birchcore.click with your engagement reference, reason, and bank details for transfer. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days via bank transfer.
Disputes
If you believe a refund was incorrectly denied, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will review and respond within 10 business days.
