How Panel Birch Core collects, uses, and protects personal data under Korean law.
1. Data controller

2. Data we collect
Website visitors: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and cookie identifiers (see Cookie Policy).
Inquiry form submissions: Name, email address, club name, selected service interest, and message content.
Documentation clients: Wallet addresses (watch-only), transaction exports, ledger spreadsheets, signer names and roles, meeting minutes, and correspondence related to the engagement.
We do not collect or store private keys, seed phrases, or signing device PINs.
3. How we use data
- Respond to inquiries and provide documentation services
- Prepare attestations, reconciliation worksheets, and custody logs
- Improve website performance through optional analytics
- Comply with legal obligations
4. Legal basis
We process personal data based on contract performance (documentation engagements), legitimate interest (responding to inquiries, website security), and consent (optional analytics cookies).
5. Data retention
Inquiry form data is retained for 24 months unless an engagement proceeds, in which case records are kept for seven years per Korean commercial record-keeping requirements. Client documentation archives are returned to the client upon engagement completion; we retain copies for three years.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with:
- Secure file transfer providers for client document exchange
- Printing and shipping services for binder delivery
- Legal or regulatory authorities when required by Korean law
7. International transfers
Some service providers may process data outside Korea. We ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable Korean data protection requirements.
8. Your rights
Under the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of Korea, you may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your personal data. Contact us at contact@panel-birchcore.click. We respond within 30 days.
9. Security
We use encrypted file transfer, access controls, and staff training to protect client data. No method of transmission is completely secure; clients should use watch-only exports and redact sensitive material before submission.
