How we price documentation work
Every club’s wallet history differs. The figures below are starting points; your intake call produces a written estimate before work begins. No payment is collected until you approve the scope.

What affects your estimate
- Number of cold-storage addresses — each additional wallet adds reconciliation time
- Review period length — two years of history is standard; longer periods quoted separately
- Signer complexity — multisig setups with three or more signers require extended ceremony documentation
- Ledger quality — clubs with consistent spreadsheets move faster than those reconstructing records from emails
- Delivery urgency — board deadlines within four weeks may incur a scheduling surcharge
Deposit and payment
A 40% deposit secures your place in the documentation calendar. The balance is due upon binder delivery. Annual attestations are invoiced at the start of each fiscal year.
What is not included
Wallet configuration, key generation, fund transfers, tax filing, legal opinions, and investment advice are outside our scope and are not priced here.
