Step-by-step overview of how Panel Birch Core prepares proof-of-reserve documentation for club treasurers.
Before commissioning documentation, clubs should have a functioning cold-storage setup and at least one person who can export watch-only wallet data. We document existing practices — we do not design wallet architecture from scratch.
Our process assumes your club maintains its own keys. At no point do we request private keys, seed phrases, or signing device PINs.
For clubs with urgent board deadlines, mention your meeting date in the intake form. We maintain a limited calendar for four-week turnarounds.
