Official registered business

Panel Birch Core Documentation Services Co., Ltd. is registered in Daegu, Republic of Korea. We have prepared proof-of-reserve documentation for private clubs, alumni funds, and member cooperatives since 2019.

How we began

The firm started when a Daegu alumni association treasurer asked a simple question at a board meeting: how do we show members that our cold wallet still holds the Bitcoin we reported last year? The treasurer had the wallet. The ledger matched. But no written procedure existed, and two directors had never seen a hardware wallet.

We spent six weeks that winter turning scattered exports and meeting notes into a binder the chair could present without technical jargon. Word spread through treasurer networks in Busan and Seoul. By 2021 we had formalised the practice and registered the company to serve clubs that needed the same clarity.

What we do today

We remain a documentation practice, not a technology vendor. Our team includes former club treasurers, a certified public accountant with audit experience, and documentarians who specialise in translating custody practices into board-readable evidence.

Working approach

  • Evidence first — we document what your club actually does, not an idealised procedure
  • No key exposure — watch-only data and redacted exports throughout
  • Board literacy — every deliverable is written for directors who do not manage wallets daily
  • Korean and international clubs — we serve treasurers in Korea and clubs with Korean members abroad

Our Daegu office

Meetings are by appointment at our Dong-gu office. Most intake work happens remotely via secure file transfer. On-site handover is available for clubs preferring in-person binder delivery.
